On April 11, 2025, the Department of Agriculture Bureau of Plant Industry-La Granja National Crop Research, Development and Production Support Center (DA BPI-LGNCRDPSC) conducted its first information caravan under the National Organic Agriculture Program (NOAP) at the Municipality of Murcia in Negros Occidental. This activity was led by Ms. Michelle Joy L. Angcoy, NOAP Center focal person; along with her are ten enthusiastic and supportive BPI employees. With the active support of Mr. Dennis Garzon, Municipal Agriculturist, the group and the representatives of different farmer associations received a warm welcome.
