DA-BPI Celebrates Women’s Month with a Burst of Energy

The 2025 National Women’s Month Celebrations (NWMC) ignited with a vibrant Zumba Monday at Malate grounds today, March 3rd. The shared experience of energetic movement and joyful laughter, immediately after the flag-raising ceremony, brought staff together at the Bureau of Industry (DA-BPI), perfectly embodying the theme “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas.”

Director Gerald Glenn F. Panganiban, Ph.D., further emphasized the spirit of unity and empowerment by acknowledging and celebrating the remarkable contributions of women within the agency and honoring their roles as contributors in decision-making, hence providing a balanced workforce.

This event exemplifies the agency’s dedication to both gender equality and women’s empowerment while simultaneously prioritizing the well-being of BPI staff. This ensures a healthy and productive workforce, essential for the effective execution of the agency’s mandate.

There’s a lot to expect in NWM at the DA-BPI, as various activities are lined up for the employees and stakeholders to celebrate NWM. In addition to that, different offices also organize their own celebrations. So look forward to it! as we seize every bit of the moment this women’s month!
