Mr. El-Khaled Dangli Gordolan, station manager of the Bureau of Plant Industry – National Plant Quarantine Services Division (BPI-NPQSD) in General Santos City, extends his greetings to the JICA Okinawa International Center (JICA OIC) as it celebrates its 40th Anniversary.
Mr. Gordolan attended “Practical Plant Quarantine Techniques for Exporting Agricultural Products (Treatment for Disinfestation of Fruit Flies),” sponsored by JICA OIC in 2022.
Mr. Gordolan now responds to his functions as an officer with more confidence and efficiency, providing the necessary skills that he learned from the training to establish safety and quality in agricultural exports.
Through collaborations with world-class, esteemed organizations such as JICA, BPI can effectively perform its mandate of safeguarding plant health, facilitating trade, and advancing agricultural development.
