The Bureau of Plant Industry – Crop Pest Management Division, in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture – Nueva Vizcaya Experimental Station (DA-NVES) and staff from Municipal Agriculture Office of Aritao, Bambang and Dupax del Sur conducted field monitoring and validation of onion armyworm infestation. This collaborative initiative aimed to assess and address pest and disease challenges faced by onion farmers in the region, with the goal of mitigating crop damage.
