During the opening remarks, BPI Director Gerald Glenn F. Panganiban, Ph.D., underscored the BPI’s mission to enhance accessibility to BPI’s services, including seed certification, nursery accreditation, Philippine Good Agricultural Practices (PhilGAP), and Plant Quarantine Services. He emphasized the agency’s initiatives to streamline processes, such as the acquisition of phytosanitary certificates and import clearances, ensuring that the services are readily available for all stakeholders.
